Chandrayaan-1: NASA radar - finds ice on North Pole of moon

According to US space agency said on 2 March 2010, Chandrayaan-1 has detected thick deposits of ice on North Pole of the moon.
In this experiment 40 small craters found and the size of these craters is in range of 2 to 14 kilometers. According to agency - these craters contains water ice.

New Discovery - Ice on Moon Date: 2-3-2010 So we can say that estimated at least 600 million metric tons of water ice may found at there. Experiment – Mini-SAR is very important for finding water on moon. Recently Chandrayaan-1 was India's moon mission.
