All categories of engineers mentioned below will have degree in Civil engineering with relevant experience noted below: 

1) Project Manager: Shall have 10 to 15 years as Senior Engineer in major construction Projects.

2) Project Engineer: Shall have 8 to 10 years experience in construction projects.

3) QC,/QA Engineer: Shall have to 5 to 6 years experience in QC/QA work on major projects.
